We are dedicated to providing you with a serene and rejuvenating experience. To ensure the comfort and satisfaction of all our guests, please review our terms and conditions. By booking an appointment or utilizing our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Appointments & Bookings:
a. All services are by appointment only. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
b. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in, completion of any necessary forms, and to relax before your service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid inconveniencing the next client, with no adjustment to the service fee.
c. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
a. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
b. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the booked service fee.
c. "No-shows" (missed appointments without any prior notification) will be charged 100% of the booked service fee.
d. For packages or multiple services, the cancellation policy applies to the entire booking.

3. Health & Well-being:
a. Your health and safety are our top priority. Please inform your therapist or technician of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or medications you are taking, as well as if you are pregnant or have any other health concerns, prior to your service.
b. We may require a doctor's note for certain conditions to ensure your safety during specific treatments.
c. We reserve the right to modify or refuse a service if we believe it may be detrimental to your health.
d. Our spa is a professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or advances will result in the immediate termination of the service, and the full service fee will be charged.

4. Payments:
a. Full payment is due at the time of service.
b. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
c. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Gift Certificates & Vouchers:
a. Gift certificates and vouchers must be presented at the time of service.
b. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
c. Lost or stolen gift certificates/vouchers will not be replaced.
d. Expiration dates apply as stated on the certificate/voucher.

6. Personal Belongings: Healing Hands Day Spa Wellness Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables with you or leave them at home.

7. Spa Etiquette:
a. To maintain a tranquil environment, we ask all guests to speak softly and silence cell phones upon entering the spa.
b. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in treatment areas unless they are receiving a service with parental supervision, and only if the service is deemed appropriate for their age.
c. We strive to provide a peaceful experience for all guests. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

8. Product Returns: All retail is non-refundable after opening.

9. Privacy Policy:
a. We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information and health details shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

10. Right to Refuse Service: Healing Hands Day Spa Wellness Center reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client for reasons including, but not limited to: health and safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or repeated no-shows/cancellations.

11. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Acknowledgement: By booking a service or purchasing products from Healing Hands Day Spa Wellness Center, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
